Default Job Natrue->Advice required

Aslam o alaikum,

I am IT software developer. I joined one of investment company in an middle ease 4 years back. At that time i think investment business is different than banks that is it does not involve any interest related transactions. Now as i found one of our department is doing interest involment business but i never work for that department on any system directly or indirectly also i never involve in any core business transaction processes as it is under other IT team. I am working with general applications which every other company has.
Now what should be my step.
Should i stay with my job?
Should i leave when find good job?
or Should i leave immediately?

Need suggestions.

All western finance matters involve interest. So you need to make a choice based on your beliefs. Either you view yourself as involved in the interest transactions or you view yourself as involved in other areas of the company.
A strict viewpoint would be that you should leave and find another job that does not involved interest. A liberal viewpoint would be that you are a programmer and therefore uninvolved with the financial side of things.

Answer which viewpoint you are and the answer to your question then will be obvious!
